BLUE MOON GOODNESS

It's made with both organic and simple ingredients to create an aromatic and flavorful Moroccan soup. We often refer to it as "magic soup" in our house because it can be so comforting. Ginger, turmeric, cumin and other spices combine to lift your spirits. Heat and serve or poach eggs in it. It's also great with your favorite protein served with rice or a hunk of crusty bread.

It's comforting like a traditional tomato soup with a bit of added texture and flavor from the fennel and sweet carrots. It's great with a sandwich or as a meal with some Italian sausage or poached eggs added.

It's made with simple organic ingredients and we're proud to get our chiles from Pueblo, Colorado. We suggest to heat and serve, pour it over eggs, tamales or rice. It's also great with some chicken, pork, or even melted cheese on top.
